In our 3 week EKG Test Prep, students will learn basic cardiac anatomy and physiology, 12 lead EKG administration, Holder monitoring and patient care advising along with valuable insights from industry professionals teaching the course. This course is taught by an instructor with over 38 years experience in Emergency Cardiac Care. 

EKG Technicians perform electrocardiograms to determine any issues with a heart’s activity.  EKG technicians are responsible for making sure electrodes are placed correctly and monitor the reading, making sure the machine is attached and working properly.  EKG techs work alongside doctors and lab technologists in a variety of healthcare facilities.

Once completed, students are prepared to sit for the National Healthcareer Association Exam to become a Certified EKG Technician.
